"Bruce Forward came to me on recommendation and has gutted and refurbished a downstairs cloakroom. Bruce was always prompt and put in a good shift and wasn't going to be distracted by me talking about football! He's done a great job at what I think is a very reasonable price. I will ask him back to service the boiler and hope he will do all the stuff we need in the future. It was a pleasure to have him round and I instinctively trust him to come back and do a good job at a fair price whenever we need him. I've no hesitation in recommending him to friends and relatives."
